You'll need
- Fresh Spinach
- Frozen Pineapple
- Frozen Mango
- Fresh banana
- Cup of liquid, we recommend almond milk
Method
- Blend 1 cup of spinach (or another leafy green of your choice) in a blend
- Add 1 cup of liquid of your choice and blend until all leafy chunks are gone
- Add in the fruit, frozen mango, pineapple and fresh banana
- Blend until smooth and creamy
- Serve smoothie immediately for maximum nourishment
